One of my latest obsessions is talking about ducks...

It all began in July when we went to visit our pals The Kinders

in Houston. It just so happens that in Eliza's (aka: Lilah)

neighborhood there are 2 duck ponds.

I really enjoyed watching the ducks and

I have asked mommy multiple times to go back for a visit.

Lucky for me there is a park with 2 duck ponds in

Ya and Papa Terry's town...

When she was a little girl in the '80's

she had a slight obsession with Miss Piggy.

My cousins Kate and Neal brought over a

DVD of The Muppet Show for the whole fam to watch~

This is what jogged her memory.

Mommy g0t a kick out of it! She couldn't stop smiling...

New Friends For Me, An Old Friend For Mommy...

Today is our last day in California...

Mommy and I started our day with some park time.

We visited Ford Park to feed the ducks earlier in the week.

So, we thought we would do a return visit.

This time we met up with one of mommy's best friends from

high school and her two babes Sophia and Matteo.

We all enjoyed hanging out and

eating banana puffs out of plastic eggs~

Mommy thought they would be fun musical instruments

but we were more interested in eating than making music!

I am now 18 months old...

I have reached the half way point to the big 0-2!!!

In honor of this big occasion mommy

and I thought we would take a spin

on the top ten list I did at the end of 2007.

This time my family came up with a top ten list

of their favorite things about...

MOI!!!

1. I love when she says "Hi mommy hi. Hi daddy hi." and her baby sign language

I love how Paisley explores everything she can get her hands on. For example: mommy's face, kitty's fur, sand, dirt, rocks, water, paint, make up, jewelry, etc.

Well, we have one week left in sunny California. Mommy, daddy and I are enjoying every last minute of beach time down here in San Clemente. What's not to like?

80 degree weather, sun, sand, and surf ~just a little different from Austin!!!

But we do miss Austin and all our peeps back home...
