A Camping We Will Go...

Here I am on location at Krause Springs outside of Austin. This was my first camping adventure. We went with my pal Eliza and her mommy and daddy. Pup and Magpie stayed back at home. This was a special time for me to have with my mommy and daddy. Just the 3 of us! Of course I loved every minute of it! Stayed tuned for more of my camping adventure!

Expectations...

Mommy, Maggs, and I walked to the school park down the street from our pad the other day. We saw a lovely little patch of bluebonnets and of course mommy thought it was the perfect opportunity to have an impromtu photo shoot. She even tried to get pup involved but as you can see from this picture it didn't work out the way she had imagined. Life is a bit like that too, don't you think?


Happy weekend! Here's to rolling with what life blesses you with even if it's not what you expected. Sometimes we can be suprised by what it brings!

Swinging at 8 Months...

Life is like swinging. There are highs, lows, and that place in between...Right now I'm swinging high. I'm eight months old today and life just keeps getting better and better. I'm learning to crawl, and I'm pulling myself up to stand. I love exploring the world around me and I adore people! I'm a little social butterfly- the extrovert of the fam! Gotta go peeps, I'm off to swing!

Bye For Now California...

Well, our 2 week vacation in California is up. Tomorrow morning we will head to LA to catch our flight back to Austin. Our bags are packed and my DVD player is charged! My heart is so heavy. I love my family so much and it is so hard to say goodbye. Only 8 weeks until I return- I can live with that!
