My First Groundhog Day...

Mommy explained Groundhog Day to daddy, pup, and I this morning- the real deal, not the movie with Bill Murray http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0107048/. I was fascinated! Can Phil the groundhog really predict the future of the weather? We took a family vote and it went like this: Mommy, daddy, and I all voted that the groundhog would not see his shadow and spring would come on time this year. Otto, the rebel in the family, voted solo. He thought the groundhog would see his shadow predicting there will be six more weeks of winter. Yikes, more cold weather? I am done with it!
