December 11...

On the 11th day of Christmas we visited the Zilker Tree. I loved being the flashlight holder...and spinning around under the tree. Whoa! I got a little dizzy! We ate dinner in the dark and took a peak at Santa in his workshop. What a fun family outing...

On the 10th day of Christmas mommy and Maggs made glitter trees! Maggie loved the glitter and sprinkled the excess outside like glitter snow...

On the 9th day of Christmas my sissy picked out some Christmas books + music for us at the library. She and mom are loving the holiday tunes...

December 8...

On the eighth day of Christmas mommy and Maggs took gently used clothes, toys and books to Safe Place here in Austin. Mommy wants us to experience giving to others who are less fortunate...

On the seventh day of Christmas we hung our stockings with care. We don't have a mantle so mommy hung them from a bundle of sticks!

December 6th...

On the sixth day of Christmas we played with the carolers and got to one in each of our rooms. Nanie got these for mommy when she was growing up. It's a family tradition...

December 5th...

On the 5th day of Christmas mommy bought a diffuser that smells like a Christmas tree because ours does NOT smell! We also got advent calendars and are loving the chocolate treats every day...

December 4...

On the fourth day of Christmas we sported our Hannah Anderson holiday jams with Chik Fil A hats! This sure got us in the spirit...

December Second...

On the second day of Christmas we decorated our tree! Maggie liked playing with the tinsel, deer and birds. I actually enjoyed hanging ornaments on the tree. I even have a small turquoise tinsel tree in my room that I got to decorate!

The Days Of Gratitude...

Well, we didn't quite make it through to the end of the month did we? Goodness gracious this blogging thing is becoming more and more difficult. Mommy wants to keep it up but it's so hard because she has TWO other blogs. Obviously our daily lives aren't as interesting to her anymore {no, not really...she's just BUSY!} So, if you want to catch up on us a bit or see what mommy is up to you can visit her other blogs: www.oh-fiddlesticks.com and www.bffdaily.blogspot.com.

We are going to attempt another blog post a day about what we are up to in the month of December but don't hold us to it!

31 Days Of Gratitude: {Days 8-15}...

Day 8~ Sissy and I {and mommy + daddy} are grateful for our
annual trips to Hawaii with our family.
We LOVE the Kahala and look forward to the trip all year long!

Day 9~ I am grateful for the LOVE my cousins give to me.
They are like a big sister and brother to me. I can't wait to see them in a few days when they visit us in Texas!

Day 10~I am so grateful for a gentle, loving, kind, silly, and huggable daddy!

Day 11~ Sissy and I adore these gals.
Ya, Mommy and Aunt Jen Jen are truly the coolest chicks around!
Oh, and did I mention we can't wait to see Ya and Jen Jen next week, too!

Day 12~ I am thankful for yummy treats. I LOVE shaved ice.
Especially on a hot summer day.
Sharing with sis is fun, but I really like having my own.
Do you blame me?

Day 13~ Oh, Nanie...I am so thankful for you and your giving heart. YOU bless our family constantly with you grace. Can't wait to see you for Thanksgiving so I can give you a big hug and kiss! {p.s. mommy, daddy + sis are so thankful for YOU, too!}

Day 14~ We are all thankful for traditions like our annual bench picture!

Day 15~ We are thankful for mommy + and the beach...
They go great together, don't you think?

Mommy is so grateful for daddy. We are too! We've missed him so much and can't wait to see him on Wednesday when he returns from China. Mommy says she doesn't know how she got so lucky to find a daddy like ours...get home safely daddy!

Today mommy is grateful that we survived Halloween. I had a bit of a meltdown after the neighborhood party. I got a horrible tummy ache and m through a fit because she didn't want to sit in the stroller. We were quite a handful. But we survived...
